SHIPPING POLICY

FAST, RELIABLE DISPATCH

At Camp Beyond, we’re committed to getting your order out the door quickly — and into your hands even faster.

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 3 business days

SHIPPING THAT FITS YOUR ORDER

We do not offer flat-rate delivery as every order is unique—some items are heavy, oversized, or need special care, resulting in varied shipping costs. For large or oversized items—or bulk orders requiring pallet shipping—we’ll reach out to you directly to arrange the most efficient and cost-effective delivery option.

DELAYS & TROUBLESHOOTING

While we do everything we can to get your gear to you quickly, sometimes delays can happen due to circumstances outside of our control (like postal service disruptions or weather events).

If your delivery seems delayed, reach out to our Customer Care team via email or social media within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation. We’ll gladly open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated every step of the way.

 

RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

We understand that plans change — but please choose carefully. Camp Beyond does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

RETURN TIMEFRAME

To keep things smooth and simple, all return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we've got your back. We'll gladly offer a refund or exchange in these cases.

Note: Minor packaging imperfections that don’t affect the product itself aren’t considered faults and do not qualify for a return or refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

Think your item qualifies? Here's what to do:

  1. Contact us via email or socials within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the item, its packaging, and your order number.
  3. Our Camp Beyond team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
  4. If approved, we’ll send you an Australia Post return label to send the item back to us.

Once we receive and review the returned item, we’ll offer you the choice of:

  • A refund, or
  • An exchange via coupon code.

EXCHANGES

If you opt for an exchange, we’ll issue you a Camp Beyond coupon for the value of your item plus return postage.
Example: If your returned item is $15 and return postage is $10, you’ll receive a coupon for $25.

REFUND DETAILS

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method and in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note that Camp Beyond is not responsible for currency conversion variations at the time of refund.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Refunds go back to the same card used and may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

PAYPAL REFUNDS

PayPal refunds are returned based on how you paid:

  • Paid via bank account or balance? It’ll go back to your PayPal balance.
  • Paid via credit card? It’ll go back to your credit card, and may take up to 30 days to show.
